Oh!!! Shreekant! The first video you posted... "October Thorns"...

I was about 17 years of age in that video! Please everybody, disregard that stuff!!! That was literally my first and only "band"... and I would like to forget those guys existed. LOL

Process: This is not me who is typing, this is my unholy body which is doing the typing work

Observation: Joe is one of the best guitarist Ive heard and am currently chatting with on this forum and facebook

Conclusion: Talented musicians are definitely down to earth and are god sent for meager creatures like us, to uplift us and carry us to a different plane.

CAN YOU HEAR US :prayer:

Dude! Have you been smoking the same drugs I have?! :afro: bong You might start seeing things in your stack of pancakes in the morning! You really are too kind man...thank you.

In all honesty... we're all good at different aspects of the instrument...I really dug that video you posted Shreekant, and would definitely like to hear more soon... Allan is sort of the last territory for me... In some ways, I've found it easier to cop a Johnny Mac line or a Shawn line(I'd tend to say their patterns are way more 'familiar' to say the least) than to cop a Holdsy line...but I'm not sure I want to be quoted on that, ha!

I've heard great comping skills from Keith and can tell he is quite knowledgeable...I've told Glenn many a time I've admired his material...Cioran, Freedoms Door(he loves Ozrics and I think that electro element comes out in his stuff nicely), Muhri, Goldtop, Pavan, Willie and Don can definitely jam out... Pawel had some excellent atmospheric stuff... then there is of course Ed D and Alex Masi who are respected veterans ... (and forgive me if I forgot anyone in that list, it was quickly off the top of my head...)

I would not worry, at least your playing was awesome in October Thorns... not so good for Allan Holdsworth and Boxer me thinks. I've seen some more recent video, I've heard clips of songs, I have the track you did with Chris Brooks... all amazing in my humble guitar fan opinion. However, if there was ever a time for a new genuine underground guitar hero with something new to offer, then you, my friend, are it!

I wish you nothing but the better part of all life Mr.Joe! Keith, Pawel, Gunnar, dB too and all the monsters that steer closer to the truth. Music is the best.
